New Delhi, November 27: India and China are working to ensure their recent differences over the time limit is now suspended indefinitely the discussion did not derail the talks scheduled next month between the two secretaries of defense.
Delhi hopes boundary talks between rounds of 15 special representative Dai Bingguo Shivshankar Menon and will pave the way for Vice President Xi Jinping's visit before he succeeded Hu Jintao as general secretary of the Communist Party of China in 2012 and later as President.
But the delay in talks November 27 to 28, apparently for refusing to bend on the issue of Delhi involving the Dalai Lama, has cast a shadow over the South Block plans to host the 57 years before he assumed charge of the two highest public office in China.
